1How do I register my account to be able to attend liturgy?

Please go to https://smpcvi.ca/liturgy-booking/ and do the following:

 
  1. Click on Register
  2. Fill in your information
  3. Once you submit the form you will receive an email confirmation for your registration.
  4. Click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account and confirm your email

2Do I have to put my email address when I register?
Yes, Email address is an Identifier per each family member.
3Why do you ask for my Date of Birth? Why do you have to give you my birthday? Do I have to enter the year when I enter my date of birth?

As a Diocese with multiple Churches and a multitude of services that span all age groups from Newborn to Seniors, we need to have an accurate idea of the different ages to better direct and allocate resources to fulfill our vocation.


Data access is secured and privileged only to those with access rights as determined according to the Diocese Administration. There exist multiple levels of user access for confidentiality purposes.

4I didn't get the confirmation email what do I do?

Please check your << Junk Mail >> folder. You might find the confirmation email there. Please make sure to add the email << no-reply@eccopts.ca >> to the safe sender list.

5How do I book a liturgy to attend and take the blessing of communion?
  • Once you have registered and you have confirmed your email please log in.
  • From the left menu click on Home you will be able to see the Liturgies available.

  • You will be able to see the date and time for each liturgy as well as the remaining places left for each liturgy.
  • Please click on << Book >> to be able to reserve your spot in the liturgy you prefer.

  • Checkmark your family members who will attend with you the liturgy and confirm your attendance.
6Do I get a confirmation Email when I book a liturgy?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email that confirms that you have successfully booked a liturgy,
7How come I can not book another liturgy right away?
The system allows a span of time between the liturgy you have just booked successfully and the next liturgy you can book.
8I want to change my address or my phone number what do I do?

I am happy to announce that now you can change your information by clicking on your << profile >> then << edit >>

9When I register do I add my spause and my children?
Yes, Please add your spouse and your children. You will be responsible to book their attendance to the liturgy. If your child is 18 or older he/she has to register an account for himself/herself.
10I forgot to add my child what do you do?

I am happy to announce that now you can now add your child you have forgoten to add when you created your account

 

by clicking on<< profile >> then << edit >> then you can click on adding the missing people of your family

11I forgot to add my wife/husband what do you do?

I am happy to announce that now you can now add your wife/husband you have forgoten to add when you created your account

14I want to cancel my booking to a liturgy, How do I do that?

Please click on the liturgy you booked before by clicking on << Edit my Booking>> Then click on << cancel Booking >> beside the name you want to cancel their booking (yours and/or your family members)
