ATTENDING LITURGY GUIDELINES

WHO SHOULD NOT ATTEND?
If any of the following conditions apply to you, please do NOT attend in person.
If you, or any member of your household:
• Tested positive for COVID-19
• Feel sick or have any symptoms (dry cough, fever, fatigue, etc.)
• Returned from travel outside of Canada within the last 14 days
• Came in contact with someone who is sick or has tested positive for COVID-19

WHO CAN ATTEND?
If you are feeling well and the above conditions do not apply, you can only attend if you abide by the following:

• Register for a specific Liturgy – only registered congregation members will be allowed to attend
• bring your own water bottle, head covering, and hand corporal – none of these will be provided by the Church.
• Church doors will open 15 minutes before the start of liturgy and will close 30 minutes after the Liturgy begins. No exceptions will be made – please arrange to arrive before the start of Liturgy.
• Always respect the 2-METER DISTANCING guideline
• Upon entering the church building, please SANITIZE your hands and proceed to the REGISTRATION confirmation table
• Someone at the registration table will confirm your registration and attendance will be recorded (Note: if you did not register, you will be kindly asked to leave)
• Someone will take your temperature reading through an infrared thermometer. If your temperature reading is above 37.5, you will be kindly asked to leave.
• Bring & wear your own FACE MASK during the Liturgy. An OPTIONAL FACE MASK will be available at the registration table.
• Washroom access will be restricted to after your registration is completed
• Once your registration is complete, you will be ushered into one of the marked seating areas within the Church.
• Please note and follow ONE WAY arrows during circulation inside the church building
• The Church has been set up to indicate where people can and cannot sit in order to always respect the 2-meter distancing guideline.
• There are benches reserved for family members to sit together and other benches reserved for individuals who come alone.
• All family members will sit together on the same bench. Children must always remain in the company of their guardian/parent.
• Once seated, no one is allowed to move around the church except for emergency, or go to the restrooms, or to receive communion.
• NO SOCIALIZING OR MINGLING(please leave immediately after the service)
• Once the service is finished, please calmly exit the Church from the designated doors while respecting distancing rules.
• Sunday School, Bookstores, Gym facilities, Kitchen, and Cafeteria Services are not available during this period

من ليس له حق الحضور

من فضلك لا تحضر الى الكنيسة إذا انطبق عليك أو على فرد من العائلة أحد الشروط التالية أو أكثر

• أصبتبـ كوفيد 19
• تشعر بمرضأو بأعراض (كحة جافة، ارتفاع درجة الحرارة، ارهاق -الخ)
• رجعت من السفرخارج كندا خلال الأربعة عشر يوماً الماضية
• اختلطت بشخصمريض او عنده تحليل موجب لـكوفيد 19

من له حق الحضور

إذا كنت بصحة جيدة ولا ينطبق عليك أي من الشروط المذكورة أعلاه؛ يمكنك الحضور فقط إذا التزمت بالآتي:

• إذا قمت بتسجيل اسمك لحضور قداس محدد. لن يسمح بالحضور إلا للأشخاص المسجل أسمائهم
• أحضر زجاجة المياه الخاصة بك وغطاء الرأس واللفافة – لن تقدم الكنيسة أيًا من هذه.
• تفتح أبواب الكنيسة قبل 15 دقيقة من بدء القداس وتغلق بعد 30 دقيقة بعد بدء القداس. لن يتم عمل أي استثناءات – يرجى الحرص على الحضور قبل بدء القداس.
• احرص دائما علي ترك مسافة 2 متر.
• عند الوصول الي الكنيسة، يجب تعقيم الايدي ثم التقدم الى طاولة استقبال المسجلين.
• سيقوم الشخص الموكل بالتأكد من التسجيل بتدوين الحضور (ملحوظة: لن يسمح بدخول أي شخص غير مسجل وسيطلب منه الانصراف).
• سوف يقوم شخص بقراءة درجة حرارتك من خلال ميزان حرارة بالأشعة تحت الحمراء. إذا كانت درجة الحرارة أعلى من 37.5 سيُطلب منك الانصراف.
• برجاء احضار وارتداء قناع الوجه الخاص بك أثناء القداس. يوجد قناع اختياري باستقبال المسجلين حسب الاحتياج.
• لا يمكن استخدام دورة المياه الا بعد التسجيل.
• بعد الانتهاء من التسجيل، سيتم اصطحابك لاحد الأماكن المخصصة للمصلين داخل الكنيسة.
• برجاء ملاحظة وإتباع الأسهم الارشادية للاتجاه الواحد للمرور داخل مبني الكنيسة.
• تم اعداد الكنيسة بحيث يتم تحديد الأماكن التي يمكن الجلوس بها والأماكن التي لا يمكن استخدامها؛ وذلك لمراعاة مسافة المترين.
• تم تخصيص بعض الأماكن حتى يتسنى للعائلات الجلوس سوياً بينما توجد أماكن للأشخاص القادمين بمفردهم.
• سيقوم كل افراد العائلة الواحدة بالجلوس على نفس الدكة ويجب ان يظل الأطفال علي الدوام مع أباءهم أو ولى أمرهم.
• بعد الجلوس، يمنع التحرك بالكنيسة الا في حالات الطوارئ أو للذهاب لدورة المياه أو للتناول.
• ممنوع تماما التجمعات او المخالطة الاجتماعية (الرجاء المغادرة فور انتهاء القداس).
• بعد انتهاء القداس، يرجي مغادرة الكنيسة بهدوء من خلال الأبواب المخصصة مع مراعاة احترام المسافات المقررة.
• لن يكون بالكنيسة خدمة مدارس الاحد، او المكتبة، او الجيم، او المطبخ، او الكافيتريا خلال الفترة الحالية.
